Friday, February 10th, 2012

I just thought this was so brilliant and had to share. Wendy Tsao of Child’s Own Studio creates cute soft toys out of children’s artwork. What a great keepsake and an amazing idea! She’s from Vancouver too:) Check out more of her work here.

Hand Drawn Purses

I just had to share. Take a close look at these drawings of purses…they are actually real purses made to look like drawings! The talented design duo behind these bags are Chay Su and Rika Lin of Jump From Paper. Simply adorable! I want to get one for myself.

Dress up your treat bags!

Here’s a fun and super easy Halloween craft! I used Speedball Speedy-Carve blocks readily available at Michael’s . This material cuts like butter and is so fast to work with, just use any carving knife or the following set, also available at Michael’s. I stamped my designs onto glassine bags and I think they make great goody bags for Halloween.

You can download my designs here if you’d like or create your own. Have fun and Happy Halloween!
