Strawberry season is near so if you have a hankering for cheesecake, try topping it with a yummy Strawberry Sauce infused with Grand Marnier liqueur using a recipe I found on Recipe Source.
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Grand Marnier liqueur
6 cups Sliced hulled strawberries
In a 2 to 3 quart saucepan, stir the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and liqueur until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring until clear and thickened. Stir in the sliced strawberries until well combined. Let cool and serve over vanilla ice cream.

Download them for yourself too. They’re also a great way to make sure you get your books back from your friends when you lend them out.
