Strawberry season is near so if you have a hankering for cheesecake, try topping it with a yummy Strawberry Sauce infused with Grand Marnier liqueur using a recipe I found on Recipe Source.
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Grand Marnier liqueur
6 cups Sliced hulled strawberries
In a 2 to 3 quart saucepan, stir the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and liqueur until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring until clear and thickened. Stir in the sliced strawberries until well combined. Let cool and serve over vanilla ice cream.
